Sorrento is the locality most people choose as their base since it offers excellent connections to Capri, Positano, Amalfi and Pompei as well as a splendid panorama and lively atmosphere. This ancient city has been influenced by different cultures over the centuries, each of which has left its own mark.  It has also welcomed the fruits of a generous nature and offers the captivating landscapes of one of the most beautiful stretches of coast in the world. The villa is situated around one kilometer from Piazza Tasso, the throbbing heart of the whole historic town center of Sorrento which can be easily reached by foot; the main roads and characteristic alleys are filled with stores, bars and restaurants offering tasty local specialties. The villa is distributed over three floors; the day area is on the ground floor and is connected to the outdoor area and the swimming pool; the bedrooms and bathrooms are on the upper floors; on the second floor there are two large panoramic terraces with views of the center of Sorrento and the gulf. The furnishings are modern and comfortable; the villa has WI-FI internet connection, air conditioning, a laundry room and dishwasher. The proprietors live on the ground floor with an independent entrance from the rear of the villa and do not overlook the swimming pool area.  They are very careful not to disturb the clients’ privacy. The swimming pool is available from 9.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m.  Outside these hours the daily cleaning and washing operations are carried out. Just a few steps away from Piazza Tasso there is the exclusive possibility of reaching Marina Piccola and the beaches with amenities via a convenient elevator/lift. In the summer Marina Piccola is the port used for connections to Capri, Ischia and Procida.

From the entrance gate it is necessary to go up a few steps to reach the swimming pool area with the sunbathing spot and various lounge corners for relaxing.

GROUND FLOOR: living room and TV area with large full-length windows that lead to the outside and the swimming pool; kitchen with dishwasher and wood-burning oven; dining room; internal stairs leading to the upper floors.
FIRST FLOOR: 2 double bedrooms (or with twin beds) that share 1 bathroom with shower; 2 double bedrooms (or with twin beds) with their own en suite bathroom with shower, one of which has a private balcony.
SECOND FLOOR: 2 double bedrooms with en suite bathroom and shower and spacious furnished terraces with a view of Sorrento and the gulf. Outdoors, on the ground floor, there is a barbecue area and a table for eating al fresco.
