The apartment directly overlooks Lake Maggiore and is situated inside a small residence with other individually owned apartments.  It is located on the first floor and reached by going up a short flight of stairs. Inside the property, guests can use the 6x12m shared swimming pool and two private beaches. The characteristic feature of the apartment is that it situated directly on the lake - from the balconies it is possible to enjoy the beautiful panorama which stretches as far as the opposite coast where the Rocca (or fort) and castle of Angera are located. The apartment is comfortably furnished and has WI-FI internet connection, dishwasher, washing machine and satellite TV. The town of Meina, which has all kinds of services, is 500 m away, Arona 5 Km, Stresa 14 Km. There is a small wet dock inside the property where, on request and at an additional cost, it is possible to have a buoy for mooring a boat. There are numerous restaurants and trattorias where it is possible to savor the local food and wine.
