Premeno is a small town in Alto Verbano immersed in the greenery of the surrounding woods and meadows. It is situated at an altitude of around 800-900 meters above sea level and is 12 Km away from Verbania. With its many gardens and splendid villas, Verbania is the largest town overlooking Lake Maggiore. It is a departure point for numerous excursions to the lake, the hinterland, the Val Grande National Park and Monte Rosa. The villa is located 12 Km from the banks of Lake Maggiore at 1000 meters above sea level in a sunny, south-facing position with a stunning view of the enchanting landscape featuring the Lake and the peaks of Monte Rosa. It has been recently renovated and is surrounded by over two hectares of parkland. The position is truly spectacular with a breathtaking view of almost the whole lake and the typical little towns situated along its shores. The villa is fitted with all mod cons: Wi-Fi internet connection, SPA with gym, whirlpool bathtub and sauna, satellite TV, audio system, video projector; the furnishings are modern and sophisticated, the large terrace is furnished with comfortable armchairs and sofas, the private swimming pool overlooks the lake and offers a delightful view. The neighboring town of Premeno has general food stores and traditional restaurants, in the vicinity there are golf courses and numerous itineraries for relaxing nature walks.
