Ivan 6 is located in 1 km from the village of Magognino, 4 km from Stresa, in a beautiful position with views of Lake Maggiore and the surrounding hills. As you turn towards the lake, the spectacular Barromee Islands (Isola Bella, Isola Madre and Isola dei Pescatori) appear to rise magically from the waters. The villa is situated on sloping terraces facing the lake that offer splendid views from every angle, even at night. The well-tended garden is filled with flowers and trees and has numerous places for guests to sit and relax. The large sunken swimming pool (5 x 14m, depth 1,40 m) creates the spectacular effect of appearing to flow directly into the lake. Large beach umbrella 3 x 3 m in the swimming pool area.
