The villa is approximately 5 Km from the beautiful seaside town of Castiglione della Pescaia, characterized by the historic town center nestling on the hill, as well as the port and the splendid beaches. There is a bathing hut by the sea for the exclusive use of guests staying in the villa which they can use to get changed in, as well as a shaded structure with table, benches and deck chairs. The town of Grosseto is 18 Km away. Well worth visiting are the Etruscan ruins of Roselle, around a 30 minute drive away, as well as the numerous small villages dotted around the area.
