An elegant and luxurious estate located around 4 km from the center of Florence and 3 Km from Piazzale Michelangelo.  The estate is comprised of the main villa, Chiara, the oldest villa, the origins of which date back to the 14th century; adjacent to Chiara is the annex, located in the garden, just before the swimming pool. Around the villa there is a large park with traditional Italian-style garden, a tree-lined area containing timber trees and olive trees, a parking area and a swimming pool area with outdoor kitchen, living-room and dining area shaded by a covered veranda. The property features antique furniture and paintings representing the family history of the owner by a famous Renaissance artist. In the summer it is possible to enjoy cocktails by the swimming pool, surrounded by olive and cypress trees, in the company of squirrels and pheasants, a natural and relaxing environment which is still very close to the main museums and architectural masterpieces of the wonderful city of Florence. In the swimming pool area it is possible to savor a pizza baked in our wood-burning oven or a delicious Bistecca alla Fiorentina -Florentine T-bone steak that can be grilled for family and friends on the outdoor barbecue in this dream setting. Chiara is also an excellent venue for weddings which can be held in the traditional Italian-style garden, or it can be used to organize business or team building meetings; where necessary, the two reception rooms on the ground floor can be opened up.  These are not available for normal stays. The villa has air conditioning in all the bedrooms, WI FI internet connection, satellite TV. Breakfast is served every day, included in the price, and the rooms are tidied.  It is possible to request a chef to cook at the villa.

The property consists of three units, two adjacent villas with independent entrances and an annex. VILLA 1 GROUND FLOOR: living-room; spacious covered panoramic terrace furnished with tables and chairs. FLOOR BELOW: breakfast and dining area adjacent to the spacious kitchen equipped with induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer. FIRST FLOOR: two living-rooms; 7 double bedrooms, 6 of which with King Size beds, with 6 bathrooms, 5 with shower, 1 with bathtub, 5 of which are en suite.  One of the bedrooms is located in the turret which is accessed via an easy staircase. 2 laundry rooms with washing machine and tumble dryer. VILLA 2 GROUND FLOOR: living-room; dining-room; kitchen with oven, gas hob, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, dishwasher, with patio; 1 double bedroom with bathroom and shower. FIRST FLOOR: 4 double bedrooms with bathroom, 3 of which with shower and 1 with bathtub and shower, 3 are en suite. Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. ANNEX: 1 double bedroom with bathroom containing bathtub and shower, kitchenette. SWIMMING POOL AREA: veranda with outdoor kitchen with hob, barbecue, wood-burning oven, dining area, lounge and outdoor shower. All the bedrooms have air conditioning.
