The location makes it easy to reach all the most famous seaside resorts in the vicinity, some of which feature rocks alternating with small gravel beaches such as, for example, Calafuria, Quercianella and Castiglioncello, or are sandy beaches as found on the Tirrenia coast. The farmhouse is located inside an estate of around 20,000 sq. meters consisting of large open spaces with lawns and timber trees that make the various furnished outdoor areas very pleasant and shady. The garden leads to a secluded area with the 7.5 x 17 swimming pool with outdoor shower, deck chairs and a shade sail. There is a supermarket 3 km away, Livorno (where it is possible to bathe) is 4.5 km away, Quercianella - 12 km, Castiglioncello - 19 km, Pisa (airport) - 28 km, Viareggio - 45 km, Lucca - 50 km, Florence - 90 km. The owner accesses the property using the same gate and lives in the neighboring house which is around 30 meters away without in any way limiting the guests’ privacy and enjoyment of the outdoor areas and the swimming pool.
