Nino

Nino is named after the building’s original destination: stables. The two story building has since been redesigned to offer luxury and style.

The villa is located in a hilly position inside a splendid estate of over 20 hectares surrounded by stunning landscapes.
Situated in the heart of the Chianti district, less than one kilometer from Panzano in Chianti, the villa can also be reached by foot along a private path.
Panzano is a characteristic medieval town with shops, restaurants and public services.

Inside the estate, in addition to Nino there are another two villas which also feature in our catalogue: Il Torchio and Villa la Dama. Each of them offers privacy: private swimming pool, private gardens and outdoor spaces. Hedges divide the outdoor areas of the three villas while the windows and front doors are positioned in such a way as to avoid limiting the guests’ privacy in any way. All together they can accommodate up to a maximum of 37 people.
All three villas are environmentally friendly and have a geothermal and solar energy power supply.

The villa has been designed with all mod cons and is a place where simplicity meets luxury: the high quality furnishings, indoor spa with indoor heated swimming pool (3m X 5m) with a clean line design and the outdoor garden with corners that offer breathtaking panoramic views of the hills, vineyards, olive-groves make this villa the ideal place for a vacation in the Chianti district.

Villa Nino can host a family or a group of up to eight people with its four double bedrooms and private bathrooms for a relaxing vacation in Tuscany.
