This elegant liberty style villa dating back to the mid 1900s has been renovated without altering its architectural features.  Furnished extremely tastefully in every detail, the original 19th century pieces and ornaments give the villa a particular sophistication which is enhanced by the precious decorations, frescoes and original wide-vaulted ceilings. The villa is equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, satellite TV, DVD player, air conditioning and WI-FI internet connection. Outside there is a loggia with a stone floor furnished with table and chairs where it is possible to eat or completely relax on the comfortable sofas in the shade of the pergola which is overhung by a stunning very old wisteria plant. From here, a small brick staircase leads down to the garden below where, protected by a tuff wall, there is a swimming pool (12 m x 4 x 1.30) with lounge area and whirlpool bath, supplied with sun-beds and sunshades. Nearby there is a pleasant gazebo with tables, chairs, sofas and armchairs and, for the kids, toys, a swing and ping pong. The villa is near Peccioli, a charming medieval village perched on a hill with a wonderful view of the Tuscan countryside. In the village guests will find a selection of restaurants, bars, a historic cake shop and stores for everyday shopping. The main cultural destinations of Tuscany can be reached extremely easily from the villa: San Gimignano, Volterra, Pisa, Siena and Florence.
