Porto Ercole is a delightful seaside resort located on the promontory of Argentario.  It is an ancient fishing village which lies at the foot of a 16th century Spanish Fortress. Visitors can enjoy pleasant walks around the town’s alleyways and squares that overlook the sea, or along the seafront, where bars and restaurants alternate with seaside terraces and shops located in converted fishermen’s warehouses. The villa is situated on the hills behind the town which is around 1.2 Km away, in a peaceful, panoramic position with views of the countryside and the sea, immersed in the vegetation which almost hides the property.  A beautiful swimming pool (4 x 17.5 m) has been built on the first underlying terrace which offers stunning views. The villa is filled with quality furniture and accessories that make it a pleasant and elegant residence.  All the bedrooms have air conditioning; Wi-Fi internet connection even outside; satellite TV with SKY programs, stereo; well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven and barbecue; laundry room with washing machine. Outside there is a covered veranda with table and chairs for eating, followed by a lounge with armchairs and a sofa.  Downstairs, in front of the terrace which leads to the two bedrooms, there is also a pleasant, relaxing, shady terrace. Porto Ercole offers many types of social and sporting entertainments, tennis courts, an 18 hole golf course and water sports. On request it is possible to hire our manned fishing boat. Near the town there are many beautiful public beaches or bathing resorts, the best known of which is Feniglia, just a few kilometers away.  A number of easy paths lead to the splendid bays of Spiaggia Lunga, Sbarcatello, Acqua Dolce and Le Viste.  There are splendid beaches at every turn. Before the town there is the tourist port of Cala Galera, where numerous VIP boats and yachts are moored.

LOWER FLOOR: (accessed from both the inside and outside) 2 double bedrooms with sea views and en suite bathrooms with shower; 1 bedroom with bunk beds and bathroom with shower (of lower quality, suitable for children, but still with air conditioning); laundry room with washing machine. All the bedrooms have air conditioning and face onto the terraces with panoramic sea views.
