Nicole

The Nicole is located in the splendid town of Spello, which boasts ancient origins and, thanks to its enchanting beauty, is a member of the Most Beautiful Villages in Italy (an association of a limited number of Italian villages which have maximized their historic and artistic patrimony and preserved a precious architectural harmony between the past and the present). The house is accessed from inside the town walls along a peaceful alley that leads to the old town centre made up of very well-kept alleys decked with flowers and filled with small lively squares, excellent restaurants and wine shops. The owner has renovated this delightful little house with a class and taste that set it apart, creating an elegant atmosphere that is also modern, cosy and colourful: from the alley it is necessary to pass through a covered passageway furnished with a bench, colourful cushions and a coat-stand, to reach the private garden (100 sq. meters) which overlooks the surrounding houses and the alley, with a table in the shade for outdoor dining and benches and loungers for relaxing in the sun, as well as the French doors that lead inside. From the windows it is possible to enjoy charming views of the alley, and from the balcony in the double bedroom there is a splendid view of the hills and the valley that stretch out from the edge of the town. The result is a beautiful, comfortable, small refuge of great charm equipped with all the necessary amenities (air conditioning in every room, satellite TV, washing machine/dryer). Guests arriving by car are provided with a special permit by the owner so that they can access the residents-only area and park around 50 m from the house. This accommodation is for non-smokers. The same complex contains another 2 completely independent houses Lunario and Casa del Mastro, which can extend the accommodation capacity to 15 people in the case of larger groups. Lunario and Casa del Mastro, both with private swimming pool, are connected via an internal gate by going through the garden, whereas Nicole is separated by a wall and a small alleyway. Minimum stay 14 days during the month of august.

GROUND FLOOR: entrance from the alley into a covered space furnished with bench and coat-stand leading to the private Garden (100 sq. meters) with covered veranda for outdoor dining; French doors lead in to the living-room with fireplace and kitchen with dining table for 4; 1 small corridor with 1 single bedroom on the left, 1 bathroom with shower on the right, 1 double bedroom with panoramic balcony at the end.
