Particularities

• The availability of this villa is on request, it will be confirmed within 24 hours of the booking request.
• Non smoking accommodation. Pets are not allowed.
• Arrival between 16:00 – 20:00. Departure between 8:00 – 10:00. By a check-in later than 20:00 or a check-out earlier than 8:00 there is an extra service fee of 25 euros to be paid to the keyholder in cash.
• The security deposit is to be paid by the arrival to the keyholder in cash, it will be returned by the departure.
